Privacy Policy — still()

The short version — and the whole version: we collect no personal data. Not through the App, and not through the Website.

still() ("the App") is a Bible-companion app operated by Davy Kim (ipe Studio), an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy also covers our website still.ipe.rest ("the Website").

1. Information we collect — none

  • The App: what you type, how you feel, saved verses, and notes are processed and stored only on your device, encrypted locally. They are never transmitted to us or any server, never stored on our systems, and never seen by us. The App contains no analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • The Website: uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service that sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting, and does not track or profile individual visitors.
  • Sensitive information: because still() is a faith app, your entries may relate to religious belief. Such content is processed on-device only and is never collected, transmitted, or stored by us.

2. On-device processing

still() uses an on-device AI model to match a comforting, human-reviewed Bible verse to your words, locally on your device. The App downloads the model file from our servers — a one-way download; nothing you enter is ever uploaded.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Optional subscriptions (e.g., "Still & Deep") are processed by Apple via the App Store. Apple handles payment and receives the transaction; we never receive your payment details, card number, or Apple ID. Your subscription status is verified on your device. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third parties

  • Apple — App distribution and subscription processing.

Besides Apple, our only third-party service is Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first, cookieless — no personal data collected). We use no advertising networks or data brokers, and we never sell data.

5. Security

Content you create is stored encrypted on your device and never transmitted off it. We practice strict data minimization: we collect nothing.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of any personal information. Because we hold none, there is nothing on our side to act on; content on your device is removed when you delete the App or clear its data. For any request, contact ipe.haven@gmail.com.

7. Children

still() is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your region), and collects no personal information from anyone regardless.

10. Not medical or crisis care

still() offers comfort and Scripture, not counseling, medical, or emergency services. In a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line shown in the App.

11. International users (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we collect no personal data, there is no processing to access, delete, object to, or transfer. You retain all statutory rights; contact us to exercise any of them.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.

still()("본 앱")은 개인 개발자 Davy Kim (ipe Studio)("당사")이 운영하는 성경 동반 앱입니다. 본 방침은 웹사이트 still.ipe.rest("본 사이트")에도 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 — 없음

  • 앱: 입력한 내용, 감정, 저장한 말씀, 메모는 기기 내에서만 처리되고 암호화 저장되며, 당사나 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않고 저장·열람되지 않습니다. 앱에는 분석·추적 SDK가 없습니다.
  • 웹사이트: Cloudflare Web Analytics(쿠키리스·개인정보 미수집·핑거프린팅 없음)를 사용합니다. 개별 방문자를 기록하거나 프로파일링하지 않습니다.
  • 민감정보: 신앙 앱 특성상 종교적 신념과 관련된 내용이 있을 수 있으나, 전부 기기 내에서만 처리되며 당사가 수집·전송·저장하지 않습니다.

2. 온디바이스 처리

still()은 기기 내 AI 모델로 말씀을 매칭하며, 모두 기기에서 로컬로 실행됩니다. 모델 파일은 당사 서버에서 단방향 다운로드되며, 입력한 내용이 업로드되는 일은 없습니다.

3. 구독·결제

"Still & Deep" 등 선택 구독은 Apple(App Store)이 처리합니다. Apple이 결제를 처리하며, 당사는 결제정보·카드번호·Apple ID를 받지 않습니다. 구독 상태는 기기에서 확인됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

  • Apple — 앱 배포 및 구독 처리.

Apple 외 유일한 제3자 서비스는 Cloudflare Web Analytics(쿠키리스·개인정보 미수집)입니다. 광고 네트워크·데이터 브로커는 사용하지 않으며, 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

5. 안전성 확보조치

이용자가 생성한 내용은 기기 내에서 암호화 저장되고 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 당사는 철저한 최소수집(무수집)을 실천합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리·행사방법

열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 당사가 보유한 개인정보가 없어 당사 측에서 처리할 대상이 없으며, 기기 내 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 데이터 삭제 시 파기됩니다. 요청은 ipe.haven@gmail.com 으로 연락 주십시오.

7. 아동

still()은 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 지역의 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 누구로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 의료·위기 서비스가 아닙니다

still()은 위로와 말씀을 제공하며 상담·의료·응급 서비스가 아닙니다. 위기 상황에서는 지역 응급서비스 또는 앱에 안내된 위기상담 연락처를 이용하십시오.

11. 국외 이용자 (GDPR/CCPA)

당사는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 접근·삭제·이의·이전 대상 처리가 없습니다. 관련 법정 권리는 유지되며, 행사를 원하시면 연락 주십시오.

12. 변경
